Can I pause my account?
Yes, you can pause your account at anytime by clicking on 'Overview' in the main menu. Select 'Edit' on the Account panel and change the Account Status to paused. This will stop all activity in your account.
What do people see when my account is paused?
Beam icons do not display when your account is paused. It's just as if they were never there.
Can I set a budget for each month?
Yes, you can choose a pre-defined amount that you would like to spend each month in the 'Billing' section. Select 'Edit' on the Monthly Budget Control panel and change your budget accordingly, if you choose to set Budget Control to off you will deliver an unlimited amount of Beams.
What happens if I exceed my budget?
If your budget is exceeded all activity within your account will be paused.
Can I extend my budget?
Yes. You can select an amount to add to your budget for the month from within the 'Monthly Budget Control' section.
Will I be warned when my budget is nearly exceeded?
Yes. You will be alerted by email when you are approaching your current months budget.
Where do I enter my credit card details?
You enter your credit card details in the 'Billing' section. Edit the 'Payment Details' and enter your information.
What credit cards are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards, a list is provided when you are entering your details.
Are my credit card transactions secure?
Absolutely. We use a secure server and SSL to pass information. Your details are stored securely (PCI compliant) with a globally recognised payment gateway.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the end of each month.
How much is charged?
You are charged only for the Beams you have sent. You can see a running total on the Billing page.
Do I receive a tax invoice?
Yes, invoices are stored on your Billing page.
