User Access Control
Can I allow other users to access my accounts?
Yes. Your default user status when you create an account is set to Account Owner, an account owner may invite other users to manage the account with different levels of access.
How do I give other users access to my account?
By clicking on the 'Access' link in the main menu you will be taken to the User Access Control panel. From here click 'Invite new user'. You will also be asked to set an access level.
What different access levels are available?
The different levels allow access to the different main navigation links.
- Read Only: Access the reporting link only.
- Read/Write: Access to reporting and Ad Control
- Administrator: An Administrator
has full access to all areas of the account.
Can an administrator delete me from my own account?
No, as the Account Owner you cannot be deleted.
Can I revoke an invitation sent accidentally?
Yes, you can select an unresponded invitation and click the 'Uninvite' button, you can also reinvite them if its been a while and they haven't responded.
Can I remove users?
Yes, you can remove any user through the User Access Control panel. Just select the user and click the 'Remove' button.
