What is the difference between a user profile and an account?
As a user you only need to register once. Once you have a user profile you can register as many accounts as you need.
Can other users administer my accounts?
Yes, you use the User Access Control panel to invite other users to your account, they can be given privileges to view, modify or administer the account. The panel can be accessed by clicking 'Access' from the main menu. See User Access for more information.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes, you can set-up as many accounts as you need. This allows you to manage different websites under separate accounts without having to login to each one seperately. As an example you might be a web design company with 10 clients that you wish to set-up. If they are providing you with separate credit card details this allows you to set-up multiple billing accounts and control them with one user.
Can I provide Beams for different websites from the one Account?
Yes, we also provide reports by URL so that you can check individual Beams. We suggest if you have multiple Beams on websites that you tag them with the name of the site. This will give you a site by site report.
