Bidding on the open market
To buy BeamAd space you bid on certain locations or keywords, your bid goes into the system and then based on how many other advertisers are bidding you will get an estimate on how many deliveries you will get for that bid. The more you bid, the more times your ad will be delivered.
Dealing directly with publishers
You can deal directly with publishers and agree on a price for Beams. You enter the agreed price into the system and select the URL and any tags that may be assigned to you. Your ads and bid will then be submitted to the publisher for approval. Once they approve the adverts your campaign will begin.
Budgeting
BeamAds accounts have built in budgeting and cost control. You can set a monthly budget to ensure you keep costs under complete control. If your budget is hit, your account is automatically paused until you increase the budget or wait until the next months billing cycle. BeamAds will not display during this time however as soon as the budget is increased they will reactivate immediately.
Notifications
You will be notified as you approach your budget. This will allow you ample time to take action to avoid your budget being exceeded.
Payment method
We gladly accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Dankort, Laser, JCB, Discover, Carte Bleue . All accounts must contain valid card details in order to operate. We charge your card at the end of each month. You will be notified by email if your card has expired or was unable to be charged. Your Beams will become inactive in this case until a valid card is entered.
Billing
Billing is done on a monthly basis, and is calculated on your total account usage for that month, plus any carry over from the previous month. Your outstanding account balance will roll forward to the next month if it is under approx $1USD in value. You can elect to be billed in the currency of your choice.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically during the billing process and emailed to you. We keep a list of your recent account invoices on the system for you to view in full at any time. Invoices can also be viewed for printing and exported as PDF files.
